About Me…
I am a registered dietitian and nutrition subject matter expert with a focus on preventive health from adolescence through older adulthood.
With two decades of experience in healthcare and health technology, I now devote my time to my nutrition private practice in which I help people build healthy relationships with food and their bodies.
Using principles of mindful and intuitive eating, rooted in whole foods-based meals, I guide my clients through their health journeys with the overarching idea that food is meant primarily as fuel, but should also be immensely pleasurable.
I help clients connect with their body's internal wisdom, freeing them from the obsessiveness of traditional diet culture, while meeting their health and weight goals.
I consider the relationships I build with clients as essential to the healing process, and approach each client encounter with curiosity, positivity, and often humor.
In addition to practicing hot yoga nearly every day, I enjoy downhill skiing and playing pickleball. I can often be found spending time with my husband and three children, and of course our adorable dog, Puffin.
